As the lead and only designer for this project, I:
Crafted the visual and interaction design for all of the screens.
Created appropriate documentation for Microsoft Design Reviews, including user flow documentation.
Worked closely with developers as they implemented designs in an agile environment.
This project was done in parallel to the GoToMeeting for Windows Phone effort, and so the design adhered to the same Windows 8 and Citrix patterns.
Join & My Meetings. When organizers are logged in, they can see the upcoming meetings they are hosting.
Calendar Integration. With calendar integration, the app displays upcoming meetings from the user's calendar. Once users follow default Windows gestures to select a meeting, related commands appear in the bottom appbar.
Hallway. We took advantage of the larger tablet display to elegantly present meeting information.
Audio Panel. Aligning with the visual and interaction design found on the Windows Phone offering, the audio panel is accessible from the bottom appbar and allows users to switch between VoIP and Phone audio access to the session.
User Flowchart. This artifact documents the desired user flow for the offering.
